The Heat Storm Deluxe WIFI wall heater is the most convenient zone heater for your home and office. That's because our heaters can now link to your WIFI network so that you can control it from an app on your phone! No more running all over the house to turn off all the heaters in different rooms. It's now easy to control the temperature for multiple heating units from one app! Each of our WIFI heaters comes equipped with WIFI technology so that you can power on and off your unit, control the temperature, set child locks, and schedule heat intervals. Each of our heaters is ETL listed meaning that they are tested to the same standards as UL and their certification has the same recognition by OHSA since they are both nationally recognized testing laboratories. It also has built-in overheat protection. This means that if an obstruction covers the grill and the inside temperature gets too hot, It automatically shuts off power to the unit. Another great benefit of wall mounting is that not only does it take up less space, but It also prevents accidents or hazards associated with space heaters. This is a great heater for a great price! We have made many improvements over the years and have developed a fantastic little unit to keep you warm this winter! At 1000 watts This heater will easily heat up your room but you won't have an issue tripping your Breaker if you want to run other electronics.

Here are some specs on the Heat Storm deluxe WIFI wall heater:

-Compact & slick

The design is very modern and minimalistic and with the small dimensions (4"D x 13"W x 17"H) it won't take up much space. Thee is also a bit of bevel on the edges so that you can hide the power cable.

-App and phone control

This uses the Smart Life app, which is used by many of the smart home accessory makers. It works and ties to Alexa. It's fast to get paired and you can control it using voice commands. In the app, you could set timers, control the temp, and toggle it on and off. Yes, it is another app to have, but there is the possibility of getting an integration into the Home Assistant software.

-Heating

It's an infrared space heater, which means that it detects the warmth of objects instead of just the air! This will help your room stay warmer and be more efficient. Now, remember that it's a small heater so it's good for an average room/office but not for big areas like a conference room or a living room, so I would say no bigger than 100 sqft, but if you have good insulation and you don't mind waiting a bit you can push it a bit more.

-User interface

It's very simple to use for the average person. It's intuitive, and there are no complicated menus or anything.

-Specs

  • BTU count: 3400 BTUs

  • Weight: 6.1 pounds

  • Dimensions: 4"Depth x 13"Width x 17"Height

  • Filter cleanup/replacement: Every 6 months

  • Watts: 1000 watts

Some drawbacks of the Heat Storm deluxe WIFI wall heater:

  • It has a fan so it can get loud sometimes, it's not super loud, but if you want a very quiet unit, this is not the one for you.

  • The temperature sensor is not very accurate. it's about 8 degrees higher in the unit I own, so you might have to turn it higher to get the temperature that you want. I'm not the only one with this issue. There are some reviews where they have the same problem, but there are also some reviews where they don't complain about that.

  • Apparently, customer service is not very good, so don't throw away the box, and make sure it's working properly without any issues. If there is an issue I would just return it and get an exchange.
